Return and Refund Policy

Standard Return and Refund Procedures:

Terms of return: 3 days and notification must be sent to Rockin Rays in the form of a Phone call (610-306-5954) or email to raybrostowicz@outlook.com
State of return: In EXACTLY the same condition it was received in, we have pictures and condition descriptions for all merchandise.
Reason for return: (e.g. damaged or wrong product) We will approved based on the nature and the validity of the request.
Process for return: Pictures of the instrument as you have it in your posession, with any damage or changes from when it was received.
Process of refund: Refurnd to your account less 10% restocking fee.
